Chad Flores, Lead Developer - Chad is passionate about supporting innovative, high impact products that serve a diverse set communities. He is taking the lead on building full stack web applications using modern development tools, with the client in mind. He is deeply committed to innovation in building products, sustainability, social justice, and the Chicago Bulls. Chad’s leadership perspective is informed by his career as a social entrepreneur, working with national civic leaders on workforce development, developing products and services for people of all walks of life. He has guest lectured at DePaul University's School of Public Service on social entrepreneurship and moderated panels on innovation in educational practices.
Tim Killeen, Principal Communication Consultant - A musician, a hobbyist photographer, a trained attorney, Tim is a true jack-of-all-trades. With a background in law practice and a degree in film, Tim has a unique understanding of the power of a properly-crafted message and brings to Levitate Strategies the skill set to do so for our clients. Tim holds a B.A. and a JD from Loyola University Chicago and, outside of his studies and work, has also engaged the Chicago community through board positions at various community organizations. Tim runs his own estate planning practice for Illinois and Michigan residents. A native of Detroit, Tim is a lover of all things Michigan and also plays guitar professionally.
